Poster
We invite you to present and share your research. For those who decide to present the poster, we would kindly ask you to arrive on time for the installation. The poster must be vertical and preferably A0 or less in size. We would like to set up a virtual poster area on our website, therefore I would kindly ask you to share with us the PDF of the poster by July 11th by sending an email to info@airj.info.
Social event
We are organizing also a social dinner. We will strive to keep it below 5000 Yen or less per person, but we will let you know the final price and venue of the social event (within the premises of Uji city) in a future communication, as it depends on the final number of participants. IMPORTANT: the registration for the social dinner will close on Thursday 11 July for organizational reasons.
