We are pleased to announce that the next AIRJ Research Day will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at JAMSTEC in Yokohama, followed by our traditional social dinner (location to be defined).
The Research Day is AIRJ’s flagship event, bringing members together to share their work across diverse disciplinary sectors. It offers an excellent opportunity for interdisciplinary exchange, networking, and mutual learning in a friendly environment.
Call for Papers
We invite all AIRJ members to submit paper proposals. Submissions are open to all topics and academic fields. Presentations may be delivered in Italian or English.
Submission Requirements:
- Full name, institutional affiliation, title/position, and email address
- Speech title and a summary (300 words maximum)
- Preferred language of presentation
How to Submit:
Please submit your proposal using this form by September 18, 2026. All submissions will be reviewed by the AIRJ Board, and applicants will be notified of the outcome shortly thereafter.
Event Registration & Access
Participation is free and open to everyone. Non-members interested in joining AIRJ can register on-site on the day of the event.

Important Venue Requirement: Due to host institution policies, access to the venue cannot be guaranteed for those who register after the deadline or arrive on-site without prior registration. The registration form requires a listing of your academic credentials (from degree onwards) solely to fulfill security requirements for the host facility.
